Behind those eye-popping colors and clean lines are literally hundreds of hours of quality control. At every step of our in-house process, we implement rigorous testing for tolerances, slight imperfections, or irregularities, which if detected are immediately rectified or the item doesn’t ship. It’s a major benefits of controlling every aspect of our manufacturing.

TOP-NOTCH MATERIALS

Wood

Our hardwoods from North America and Europe – solid oak, birch, walnut -- are the best on the planet. Sustainably grown and compliant with the strictest California environmental laws, Ronbow’s wood panels contain no MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) or fillers.

Joinery/Hardware

We use time-honored furniture making techniques such as dovetail joining, which ingeniously prevents wear and tear. No gusseting or separate reinforcement, just the simple beauty of physics at work. Another premium detail: No screws are visible. German-made hardware including flush-mount Euro-style hinges offer smooth movement of doors. The soft-close glide system keep your vanity quiet. Drawers and doors won’t slam.

Sinktops

For sinks across Ronbow lines the process is the same: Ceramic slurry is pumped into molds then examined by hand for defects. After glazing the sinks are placed in a kiln for high-temperature baking where they achieve their glossy finish. All receive a thorough examination by human eye for any defects.

FLAWLESS EXECUTION

Finish

Sanding of the wood panels is followed by multiple coatings of low-VOC stain applied. The interior and exterior finishes match, so that no surface remains untreated and offers a uniform look. Finally, the wood is sealed with a heavy-duty polyurethane finish to protect against dents, scratches and moisture.

Countertops

We use only 100% naturally occurring stones prized for centuries in architecture and design. On our stone facilities, all the sink rims are drilled and profiled to create a unique design. Any surface irregularities are filled then polished for a smooth finish.

Carving

Never molded or cast, all the relief work, embossing and embroidery on our vanities is performed by master carvers who have practiced their craft for generations.
