Installation Support + Maintenance Plan
Upon request, we provide free on-site installation consultation and support to you and your contractor to ensure projects are completed flawlessly, answering any questions quickly along the way.
In addition, our custom cabinetry includes an unprecedented 10-YEAR maintenance service plan, at no additional cost. Every 6 months for the next 10 years, a RONBOW Customer Care representative will contact you to schedule a technician to visit your home to inspect, clean and repair any warranty parts that are not functioning as expected. It's our commitment to ensure clients' cabinets look and feel as new as the day they were purchased.
