Ronbow Black Friday Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Ronbow Black Friday 40% Discount Promotion ("Promotion") for customers securing a qualifying deposit toward a new project with Ronbow Corporation ("Ronbow").

1. Promotion Overview:

  • Discount Offer: Eligible customers will receive a 40% discount on Ronbow cabinet products only, applicable to kitchens, baths, storage, or custom cabinetry projects.
  • Apple Watch Offer: The first 30 customers who qualify and secure the Promotion with a deposit will receive a complimentary Apple Watch as a gift of appreciation.

2. Eligibility & Deposit Requirements:

  • Deposit: A $5,000 deposit is required to secure the 40% discount and claim eligibility for the Apple Watch gift.
  • Refundable Portion: $3,000 of the deposit is refundable if the project does not proceed, subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.
  • Non-Refundable Portion: $2,000 of the deposit is non-refundable but may be used as store credit for future Ronbow purchases.
  • Cancellation Impact: Once a refund is issued, the 40% discount offer is voided and can no longer be applied to the project.
  • Multiple Deposits: Customers may make multiple deposits to secure discounts on separate projects; however, each deposit may only be applied to one specific job site address and cannot be split across multiple addresses.
  • Payment Restrictions: The $5,000 deposit cannot be used for financing and must be paid in full.
  • Payment Methods: Deposits can be made online or in-store at any Bay Area Ronbow showroom for customer convenience.

3. Apple Watch Offer:

  • Limit: The Apple Watch gift is limited to the first 30 eligible customers who complete the qualifying $5,000 deposit.
  • One Per Customer: One Apple Watch is permitted per eligible customer, regardless of the number of deposits or projects.
  • Gift Redemption: Apple Watch gifts will be distributed upon confirmation of the completed $5,000 deposit.

4. Project Timeline Flexibility:

  • Customers who secure the discount with the required deposit may initiate their project anytime until December 31, 2025. The discount remains valid for projects commenced within this period.

5. Offer Validity:

  • Promotion Period: This Promotion is available until December 2, 2024, based on the payment date.
  • Scope of Discount: The 40% discount applies exclusively to Ronbow cabinet products and does not extend to countertops, taxes, appliances, installation, delivery, or any other non-cabinet products or services.

6. Terms of Cancellation and Refund:

  • Refund Policy: If a customer cancels their project, they may be eligible for a refund of the $3,000 refundable portion of the deposit.
  • Non-Refundable Portion: The $2,000 non-refundable portion remains as store credit for future Ronbow purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Additional Terms:

  • Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the original participant.
  • Limitations: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Ronbow offers, promotions, or discounts.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • Ronbow is not responsible for any delays, technical issues, or unforeseen events that may interfere with the customer’s ability to participate in this Promotion.

9. Acceptance of Terms:

By participating in this Promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to the above terms, including all refund, cancellation, and usage limitations associated with the deposit and Apple Watch gift.
