Warranty
Warranty when purchased from an Authorized Ronbow Dealer unless otherwise noted. Damage caused during moving (tipping over) or during installation is not a defect or warranty issue and will not be considered as such. This warranty does not cover installation or any other labor charges associated with the repair, removal, reinstallation or consequential damages. The warranty does not cover product failure caused by abusive treatment, surface scratches, misuse, neglect or damage due to handling or faulty installations.This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to the original installation of the product. This warranty is void if the product has been moved from its initial place of installation. Defective products or parts will be replaced on a rush and availability basis. Ronbow must be notified in writing upon discovery of any defect in the product, including a detailed description of the alleged defect. This warranty does not apply to local building code compliance. The buyer should check with the local related plumbing codes before installation.
Ronbow furniture is made of naturally variable raw materials. Differences in grain character and color among wood and plant species and stones and minerals are naturally occurring variations and are not within the control of the manufacturer nor considered defects under this warranty. Natural color changes, variations, or movements in lumber or veneer products, and exposure to extreme temperature changes and direct sunlight, may cause color changes and/or surface damage and are not covered by this warranty.
Bamboo Shades Characteristics
Due to their unique and diverse nature, bamboo products are particularly susceptible to color variance and may differ considerably between dye lots. Please be aware of this variation when selecting bamboo products. This variation also applies to sample swatches, which may vary drastically from the exact color shade you will receive in a finished product. Bamboo color palettes range from neutral grays to warmer browns, all of various lights and darks. Sample swatches provide accurate string and pattern placement examples but their color palette may differ from that of your final bamboo product.
Finish and Wood Characteristics
All wood materials may naturally age, darken, change in color, and mellow over time due primarily to light exposure. While this color change is imperceptible from day to day, it may be significant over a longer period of time, and will vary based upon length and intensity of exposure to light. On warranty replacement doors, drawers, or other wood components, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Additionally, wood imperfections such as checks (small surface splits), pitch pockets (small dark holes) or darker mineral streaks are naturally occurring and are not considered defects.
Stone Characteristics
Color variations in stone are a natural occurrence, therefore new and/or replacement pieces may not match display samples and/or existing pieces. Stone products with naturally occurring characteristics such as variation in grain, color, and mineral streaks are not considered defective.
RONBOW warrants our kitchen cabinets on manufacture defects in material and workmanship under normal use when purchased from an Authorized RONBOW Dealer unless otherwise noted. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser in residential applications and to the original installation of the product. In the event that a replacement is needed, proof of purchase is required. RONBOW must be notified in writing upon discovery of any defect in the product, including a detailed description of the alleged defect.
Due to the natural composition of wood, aging, darkening of wood color or difference in wood grain are a natural occurrence and are not considered defects. Wood joints may eventually have visible cracking which are not considered defects and will not be warranted. Replacement parts are subject to availability, and may differ from those originally supplied.
RONBOW warrants Thermo-Foil, Laminated, Acrylic and Custom Color cabinet doors, drawer fronts, paneling, and trims with a five-year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Thermo-Foil has a five-year warranty but we cannot guarantee the exact foil color or door profile if some products become discontinued. RONBOW warrants these cabinet’s internal components and hardware for life.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance and service, normal wear and tear, environmental conditions, humidity absorption, or mold. This warranty also excludes coverage for improper installation, unauthorized repair, alteration, and modification of the product, hardware, or any products used or installed in connection with cabinets such as countertops, appliances, etc.
This warranty does not cover installation or any other labor charges associated with the repair, removal, reinstallation or consequential damages.
RONBOW reserves the right to substitute parts of comparable quality if a substantially identical replacement part is unavailable. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
